“Encounter” is a tvN K-Drama that aired from November 28, 2018 to January 24, 2019 and consisted of 16 episodes. "Encounter" tells the story of Cha Soo Hyun (Song Hye Kyo) and Kim Jin Hyeok (Park Bo Gum). After graduating from college, Cha Soo Hyun married the son of a conglomerate in order to help her father who is a politician. She is now a divorcee and the CEO of a hotel. Meanwhile, Kim Jin Heok keeps working part-time jobs while searching for employment. He ends up going on an overseas trip and briefly encounters Cha Soo Hyun. They spend time together but eventually they each go their separate ways. After returning to Korea, Kim Jin Hyeok learns that he has landed a job at a hotel - Cha Soo Hyun is the CEO of that hotel.
