Stephanie Young Hwang, better known as Tiffany, is a Korean-American singer. Tiffany was born on August 1, 1989 in California. At the age of fifteen, after receiving a casting offer by SM Entertainment, Tiffany moved to South Korea. In 2007, she debuted as a member of SNSD, also known as Girls' Generation, which is one of the biggest K-Pop girl groups to date. In 2017, it was announced that Tiffany had decided to not renew her contract with SM Entertainment in order to focus on her career in the United States.
